Since its establishement in 1994, Ndatani Enterprises Company Limited has managed to purchase land in Embakasi, Athi River, Kitengela and Bamburi, land totaling to over 50 acres. Some of this land has been developed into executive massionettes in Tena Estate (Embakasi) for rental and a further development of 70 units in Kitengela for low income earners.

Apart from this various developments, we have also been able to sell over 1000 plots (40 X 80ft) in these various areas. We still have plots for sale and open for real estate development. Click the following links to view these various places.
