It was after selling half an acre of land in Kahawa Sukari for double the buying price that Maureen & Alex Muema decided to make land their business. That was in 1998, when Ndatani Entreprises Co. Ltd was formed.
Maureen & Alex are today the Directors of the company that specialises in speculative buying and selling of land. She has run the whole gamut of attractive places, from Athi River to Bamburi to Kitengela to Embakasi. With her ear on the ground and her eye on the vast horizon, Maureen has grown an affinity for undeveloped tracts of land.

Though owning property in Kenya’s prime areas is widely believed to be a very expensive and complicated process, at Ndatani Enterprises, we try to make it as easy and affordable as possible. One way we do this is by encouraging aspiring homeowners to buy in installments and build in phases, this takes away the headache of taking a loan to finance a mortgage or buying a house as it puts one in control of ones finances and housing project.
